Welcome to Winter Is Coming! A blog that will be following the progress of HBO’s planned A Song of Ice and Fire series. With the recent announcement by HBO that they have green-lit the pilot I felt ASOIAF fans needed a place where all the news and speculation regarding the pilot (and hopefully, eventually, the series) would be gathered. Over the next few months (years?) I will be updating this site with any tidbits of news we may get from HBO, George R. R. Martin or Benoiff and Weiss.
