Belfast moot makes the local news
Hope you aren’t all reported out in regards to the Belfast moot, because we now have a nice report from local news station UTV. They sent an interviewer and film crew there to record some of the proceedings and were able to have a sit-down with George R. R. Martin in the process. George reveals that he is very happy with the choice of filming location for Game of Thrones and hopes that they will be filming there for the next 10 years. In the process of filming the festivities, I spotted quite a few of our loyal readers. Check it out and tell us if you made it in or not!
Winter Is Coming: This isn’t the first news report on Game of Thrones (that would be this one) and I suspect it won’t be the last. But pretty cool to see. Hear Me Roar mentioned it reminded him of the features local news stations always do on the midnight releases of Harry Potter. Hoping Thrones will experience the same type of success that franchise has!
