Kevan Lannister and more cast
HBO has confirmed a handful of new castings today on Game of Thrones. First up, for the role of Kevan Lannister is British actor Ian Gelder. Gelder is a veteran actor with many TV credits to his name, including roles in Robin Hood, The Casualty, and most notably appeared as Mr. Dekker in Torchwood.
Also confirmed are Stephen Don as Stiv, Hugo Culverhouse as Stableboy and Brian Fortune as Bowen Marsh. Well, technically Fortune will be credited as “Night’s Watch Officer” but in the series he fulfills one of the roles that Marsh did in the books, namely presiding over the reciting of the oaths. So we’ll call him Marsh.

Winter Is Coming: A few more holes have been filled. All have the requisite look and experience. Almost time for one more casting cuts post, which will include a few key roles that have yet to be cast. Whether they make it into this first season or not is still up for debate.
[Thanks to Petter for first bringing the Fortune casting to our attention!]
