Westeros interview with Finn Jones
It’s time to take a break from your incessant rewatching of all the new videos because this interview deserves a listen. Elio and Linda, the couple behind Westeros.org, recently conducted a podcast interview with Finn Jones, who plays Loras Tyrell in Game of Thrones. The interview is really interesting as Finn describes the audition process (he originally auditioned for the part of Jon Snow), his thoughts on Loras as a character, the kind of training he did for the role, what it was like to be on-set, and his reaction to seeing the first two episodes recently. For those who have yet to read A Clash of Kings, beware of major spoilers starting at around the 26 minute mark.
Winter Is Coming: I’m loving all of these in-depth interviews with the actors who by now seem like old friends. Finn Jones is an enthusiastic guy and I especially loved hearing him geek out about what his character will go through in the second season. Hopefully he gets a chance to act it out!
