Comin’ down to Comic-Con

FaBio here, bringing only the briefest of interrupts to all the new casting news (brilliant as far as I can tell) to remind you all that the San Diego Comic-Con is tomorrow—Thursday the 21st!

The Game of Thrones panel will be held in ballroom 20 and begins at 6:00 PM, Eastern Standard Time (3:00 PM for us folks here in Cali), and will be chock full of awesomeness, including GRRM himself, Dave and Dan, the Emmy-nominated Peter Dinklage, Emilia Clarke, Kit Harrington, Nicolaj Coster-Waldau, Jason Momoa, and even possibly Sean Bean…

The room is gonna roar—and fortuitous FaBihoff will be there front and center. I’ll be the 5’11” 210 lb. fortysomething white dude in the bright red House Lannister shirt, and I’ll be screaming along with the rest of them. (Professional dignity? What? I was born of House Gatewatch, people. I’ll be too busy supporting the bottom to look dignified.)

I will be live-Tweeting the event, so be sure to follow me @Axechucker for any news that spews forth. If I can get through the whole thing without having my iPhone auto-correct me ninety times, well, consider that fortuitous. A WiC post will follow.

A Gathering of Chairs: If anyone is interested in possibly meeting up and hitting one of the local San Diego establishments later tomorrow night, let me know as soon as you can! Drop me an e-mail at [email protected] and I will let you know what’s the what, though I’m hoping a number of us will meet in the ballroom before / after the event itself. Nothing else solid as now, since we don’t have any sort of head count. More than likely it will just be a casual gathering filled with blathering. And maybe beer. But my goal is to get as many pictures of as many fellow bottom-supporters as I can.

And yes, another post will follow that.

Also! I may get a chance to ask a question or two! Any suggestions? Toss ’em out!
