Winter Is Coming welcomes two new team members

There’s an exciting week ahead of us here at the site, one we’ve been looking forward to for last handful of weeks. Today, we’d like to welcome two new regular contributors to the team, and we hope you pass them along a kind hello.

Greetings from Bex, blogger, DC denizen and trivia mistress! Years of reading WiC faithfully, making graphics with silly puns, documenting reactions to the Red Wedding and championing Talisa Maegyr conspiracy theories have led to this, my opportunity to contribute to the bestest of Thrones sites (I have a journalism degree too, but who’s counting). I’ll be on tumblr, finding cool art and great writers, but look out for roundups and other posts here! Valar Morghulis! 

Gather around the fire, for the night is dark and full of terrors, and a new priest is coming to WiC. Thoros of Beer comes from the land of Washington, D.C. with a new vision from the flames on A Song of Ice and Fire, and HBO’s Game of Thrones. Prepare yourselves for new featured posts from our new priest as he calls upon R’hllor the Lord of Light to cast his light on old characters and new.. For the night is dark and full of terrors
