Game of Thrones Season 4, Episode 4 Preview – “Oathkeeper”
“He wasn’t involved in Joffrey’s death- but you were.”
From the official HBO synopsis: “Dany balances justice and mercy. Jaime tasks Brienne with his honor. Jon secures volunteers while Bran, Jojen, Meera, and Hodor stumble on shelter.”
The fourth episode of season four is written by Bryan Cogman and directed by Michelle MacLaren. MacLaren will also be directing next week’s episode, “First of His Name.” As seen in the trailer, “Oathkeeper” features the return of Burn Gorman as Karl.
Ours is the Fury: Cogman and MacLaren were my favorite writer/director combination on paper so I’m excited to see how the episode turned out. Although to tell you the truth, the episode title alone is enough to have me really anticipating this one.
