Game of Thrones merchandise coming to San Diego Comic-Con

Game of Thrones will be out in full force at San Diego Comic-Con next week. Not only will the panel return to Hall H, HBO’s pop up store will make it’s Comic-Con debut, and a number of booths will have Thrones merchandise available, including some new and exclusive items.

  • Made up of two shipping containers, with one being soley dedicated to Game of Thrones products, the HBO Pop Up Shop will be located at Market St and 8th Ave in the Gaslamp. The shop will carry HBO’s official Game of Thrones merchandise, and will be open on Thursday (10am – 6pm), Friday (10am – 6pm), Saturday (11am – 7pm), and Sunday (9am – 3pm).
  • Funko will be bringing a number of exclusives to Booth #5343, including a new ‘In Memoriam’ series of their Game of Thrones Mystery Minis honoring the deceased in black and white. They will also offer a flocked (fuzzy) version of their Ghost Pop! figure, a battle ready Tyrion Lannister Legacy figure with a new damaged head sculpt and helmet, and a glow in the dark White Walker legacy figure.


  • As reported last week, Dark Horse will have their Game of Thrones merchandise available at Booth #2615, with a number of Comic-Con exclusives including a Bolton Map Marker, Lannister Shield Wall Plaque, and all three of Daenerys’ dragons.
  • The first of Threezero’s 1/6th scale Game of Thrones figures will be available at Booth #2401. Standing at 9” tall and featuring full articulation with great attention to detail, the Tyrion figure based on Seasons 1 & 2 will sell for $130.
  • Composite Effects will bring their hyper-realistic line of White Walker masks and prosthetics to booth #2994. The screen-accurate masks, gloves, and full torso based on Season 3 & 4 won’t come cheap, with prices ranging from $640-$1590 for each piece and $1300-$2960 for a complete set. Best Halloween costume ever?
  • Dothraki language creator David J. Peterson’s new book Living Language Dothraki: A Conversational Language Course Based on the Hit Original HBO Series Game of Thrones will be going on sale Oct 7. Fans will be able to test their Dothraki knowledge for prizes and meet with Peterson at Booth #1515 on Friday and Saturday from 3-4pm.
