Jeers from Croatia
Yesterday we saw the royal litters around King’s Landing, and noted that this was the first time Season 2 that it looked like the lords and ladies of the capital were going to be around town. With the war over, and the sociopathic King Joffrey dead, maybe the people would be happier?
Or maybe not.

MILD SPOILERS AHOY
Now, this could be the big Cersei’s Walk scene that we know to expect this season. Or perhaps the people of King’s Landing are unhappy for a different reason at this point–the roiling unhappiness of the mob is the main political crisis facing the apparent winners of the civil wars.
It’s hard not to get excited about this, to be honest. What the people of the Seven Kingdoms want has generally (and understandably) mostly been cut from the TV series compared to the books, but it’s a fascinating aspect of George R.R. Martin’s writing. He’s not just interested in what happens during the war, but after the war is apparently over.
Seek New Travel also got a few other pictures. I love this one of the wall they’ve set up for filming with the birds overhead and the cathedral in the background.
And a massive green screen in front of the church.
