Kit Harington talks IMAX and Season 5 filming
Game of Thrones was sadly left wanting last night during the 72nd Golden Globes. However, that didn’t stop Kit Harington (Jon Snow) from talking a little bit about the upcoming IMAX experience, and filming with actors he previously never had the chance to act with before.
Access Hollywood was able to catch-up to Kit, and ask him some questions. Check it out.
I find it interesting that Kit Harington has only seen one episode of Game of Thrones on TV, but that he is excited about the IMAX experience. I also like that he corrects the interviewer on which episodes that will be in IMAX. “Episodes 9 and 10”.
What’s really cool is that he mentions working with Liam (Cunningham), Stephen (Dillane), and Carice (van Houten), who are Davos, Stannis, and Melisandre. That’s definitely exciting, as Jon Snow will take his story even further than it’s ever been before.
I like the answer to “Were they heavily influential on Jon?” to which Kit replies “Stannis and…and…yeah they are, actually, they all three are”. Oh Kit Harington, you are well practiced in keeping the unsullied, unsullied.
Finally, he states that this season of Game of Thrones, we will see Jon do his own thing, because he’s “tired of listening to other people”, although that part was said with a sly smile.
