Two Ways to Ride The Iron Throne

You know you want to sit on a replica of the Iron Throne and be ferried around midtown as part of a rolling HBO Now advertisement tomorrow.

HBO Now is teaming up with Uber to make those rolling glass truck advertisements you see driving around cities actually useful. on April 16 and 17th (That’s tomorrow and Friday) said hired rolling ad will double dip as an Uber vehicle that you and your friends can summon to drive you around. Sadly, it’s not actually an efficient mode of travel–Uber classifies it on the same level as a tourist’s pedicab.

Meanwhile, other people have gotten creative in finding ways to “Ride the Iron Throne”…

I suppose, considering the show’s emphasis on sex and violence, one should be grateful this Iron Throne toilet isn’t meant for Littlefinger’s Red Room. Although for the right price, I’m sure he’d let you and one of his girls take it for a spin.

Just don’t get it confused with the one riding around in public in the big glass box, or HBO Now might get more advertisement than they bargained for. Though, again, I’m sure if you asked Littlefinger, and were willing to spend the coin…
