Take the Black Podcast - Episode 505 - Kill the Boy

This week on Take the Black, Isis, Luke, and myself discuss the highs and lows of Game of Thrones Episode 505, “Kill the Boy.” This episode boasted two rather large moments, and they both involved dragons. The first one involved Daenerys giving back on Mother’s Day by feeding her children some tasty Meereenese gentlefolk. The other involved Drogon flying over Tyrion and Jorah as they passed through Valyria in their tiny little boat, an event that rendered Tyrion speechless for probably the first time in the series’ history.

Episode 205 of Take the Black is chocked full of fun little nuggets of wisdom, courtesy of Isis. For example, she suggests changing Daario Naharis’ name to Daario No-hiney, as his back-side is apparently lacking the volume needed to ocularly please her. We also discuss how the Mother of Dragons is f@*king back (please note that Take the Black is NSFW) and how Stannis the Mannis is the one true Grammar Nazi of Westeros.

As always, Take the Black is an Unsullied-friendly podcast. Luke and Isis have not read the books, as is evidenced by their adorable theories about what’s going to happen. Even though I have read A Song of Ice and Fire several times, I refuse to spoil anything, despite being sorely tempted by my two Unsullied co-hosts. We do compare some situations in the show to the books, but don’t give anything away.
