With the end of every episode comes the trailer for next week, chock full of glimpses into where we are headed. With the season past the halfway point, everything in this trailer is new footage we haven’t seen before. Below, we break down what there is to be seen in the teaser for Episode 7, “The Gift.”
- Jon’s saddling up to ride out with his newest ginger pal, Tomund Giantsbane.
- It’s pretty clear from the clip that Ser Alliser has most of the Night’s Watch on his side now, including Olly. Can Sam hold his own with Jon gone?
- Stannis and Davos are prepping for battle against Winterfell. Let’s hope the Boltons fall as easily as the pieces on the board.
- Sansa’s torture continues, but it looks like she’s the one spearheading her and Theon’s escape instead of the other way round.
- Looks like it’s fighting pit practice for Jorah.
- What was Tyrion doing and who just caught him doing it?
- Olenna vs the High Sparrow. That’s going to be an episode highlight.
- Magaery has been brought low in her captivity. How long until she starts accusing Cersei of incest?
- Finally, there’s a lot of snow falling up north. Is Winter really on its way?
