15. Cersei’s Post-Wedding Outfit

Cersei was having a rough time of it early in the season. She transitioned from being “The Queen” to being “The Queen Mother,” and had a shade-off with her new daughter-in-law that she lost at every turn. Her outfits were on point, though. Cersei, who spends the entire season in various mourning dresses, makes sure to accessorize here with her-armor style belt. Also note the velvet brocade pattern on her skirt, which recalls the one Joffrey wore in earlier seasons. And although she might be stubbornly wearing black, note that on the inside of this gown (and every black gown) the gold of her house and her station is always just under the surface, lest you forget who she is.
