18. Daenaerys’ Dove Grey Look

The big news this season was that Dany dropped the blue. (The irony of this was that it made the cosplay hooker stand out even more.) Of her three looks this season, the Dove Gray one was the least flattering. The rouched look of the bodice gave a surprising heaviness to her bust and overshadowed both the detail of the keyhole below and the clean lines of the built-in cape. One of the reasons Dany’s queenly change of color worked was how clean and pristine it felt, like she was somehow untouchable. This look didn’t convey that so much, and almost felt like it was arguing with the very busy hairstyle it was paired with.
