12. Mossador

At the end of Season 4, Dany decided she would stop conquering for a minute, lock up her dragons, and go about the business of ruling a city. Turns out that plan wasn’t such a good one. Dany may have freed the enslaved people, but she wasn’t changing hearts and minds overnight. The Masters of Meereen banded together and began a terrorist group known as the Sons of the Harpies, which would plague her rule for the entire season.

But one newly freed slave thought he knew how to handle justice better than the ruling Mysha. There are many ways Dany could have handled Mossador’s choice to go against her wishes and kill the Harpy awaiting trial. Somehow she chose the worst one. Dany’s first mistake was thinking that blind justice is the best justice.
