Video of George R.R. Martin’s cameo as a zombie on Z Nation
We all know that George R.R. Martin is hard at work writing, and hopefully finishing, The Winds of Winter, but he needs a break every once in a while. Some time ago, he took a break to film a guest spot on Syfy’s Z Nation, which is the lighter, funnier side of the nation’s current zombie obsession.
In an upcoming episode called “The Collector,” Martin will appear as himself, as a zombie, held prisoner in the home of a guy who collects the things. Martin is kept in the “celebrity zombie room, where his life has become one long Comic Con book signing. Entertainment Weekly has some video from the episode.
“The Collector” airs on Friday, October 30th.
Elsewhere on the internet, Dorkly sets the record straight regarding Martin’s alleged brutality. Yes, the author kills off a lot of characters, but as he points out in this video, there’s at least one author who’s much worse.
