Tyrion

Tyrion and Varys on the streets of Meereen. We haven’t seen much, if any, of this in trailers, although we’ve caught glimpses in the promotional stills. And from the looks of things, the people of Meereen are heading somewhere in a hurry.

Tyrion and Varys

Perhaps their supposed leaders should hurry along, lest they find themselves leading from behind? But then again, as Tyrion notes in the voice over, “Wherever you are, wherever you go, someone wants to murder you.”

Tower of Joy

A new shot from the Tower of Joy scene. Every other time, we’ve come into the fight in the middle. Here we’re at the top of it. And someone is about to be a two sword wielding badass.

Night's King

Holy HELL that’s a lot of White Walkers behind the Night’s King.

Sansa

I think this is a fantastically artsy shot of Sansa. (In terms of plot, it’s nothing we haven’t seen before. It looks like a still from when she and Theon are on the run from Ramsay immediately after their leap from the walls of Winterfell.)

Myrcella, Jaime, and the High Sparrow

This, on the other hand, we have not seen before. We saw the close up confrontation between the High Sparrow and Jaime, as Jaime considered spilling blood in this holy place. But until this, we didn’t realize this scene was happening over Myrcella’s dead body. (Although considering what Jaime did with Cersei next to Joffrey’s dead body, this is rather tame.)

Daenerys

Ouch! We knew Dany was a prisoner, but this is the first time we see the Dothraki treating her as such. She’s getting whipped!

Daenerys and the Dothraki

You think they’re going to regret this? I’m betting they’ll wind up regretting this.

Ellaria Sand

Ladies and gentlemen: it took until six days before the premiere, but I finally give you: our first shot of Dorne in Season 6.

Bran

And finally, Bran, alone, in the snow.
