Septa Unella

Cersei and Septa Unella Official

Does the above picture look like it depicts someone who has a long and healthy life ahead of them? Yeah, not exactly. Septa Unella has two very big enemies in Cersei Lannister and her deranged zombie bodyguard, Gregor Clegane. Sure, everything was peaches and cream for Septa Unella so long as she had the Faith Militant and the High Sparrow behind her, but Cersei sent them all to meet the gods they love so much, and now she has Unella locked away in some dark dungeon, screaming as FrankenMountain started doing whatever he was doing to her. She’s not getting out of there.

So how long will Cersei keep Septa Unella alive for the entertainment value? Probably not very long. With Daenerys’ impending invasion, Jaime’s disapproving look, and the general day-to-day stress of ruling the Seven Kingdoms, we imagine Cersei will be busy.

On the other hand, perhaps Cersei will use Unella as her own human stress relief ball? After a long day of issuing edicts and plotting murders, maybe she’ll want to unwind by pouring pitchers of wine Unella’s face again. That does seem rather like Cersei. Or maybe, and this is way off the deep end, Qyburn kills and reanimates Unella as an undead bride for the FrankenMountain. Then undead Unella could silently serve wine to Cersei for the rest of her reign. We like that idea.

Either way, Septa Unella is not making it out of Season 7 alive. She may not have made it out of Season 6 alive.

Chance of Survival: .01%
