Game of Thrones meets Star Wars — 12 Actors who appear in both franchises

Gwendoline Christie plays warrior maid Brienne of Tarth on Game of Thrones, and plays a very different kind of soldier in Star Wars: The Force Awakens: Captain Phasma, a villainous officer in the First Order.

Unfortunately, Christie didn’t get much screentime in The Force Awakens — she barely had any dialogue before supposedly dying offscreen. However, according to Christie herself, Captain Phasma will return for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and she’ll have significantly more screentime. No matter which franchise she’s in, Christie doesn’t go down without a fight.
