While we don’t know the exact circumstances of Jorah Mormont’s return, actor Iain Glen was seen in the flesh on Itzurun Beach, standing next to Peter Dinklage and wearing a new black outfit after six straight years of wearing the same yellow shirt. We don’t even want to think about how filthy it must have been.

He goes to Oldtown to consult the maesters and runs into a trainee named Samwell Tarly. After Sam learns that Jorah is the son of former Lord Commander Jeor Mormont, he helps Jorah with his issue.
