Game of Thrones nominated for WGA Award, bits of filming news, and other esoterica

Let’s close out Friday with a grab bag of Game of Thrones news bits. To start, the show’s seventh season has nabbed another awards nomination, this time from the Writers Guild of America (WGA). Finally, let’s hit a couple of tiny season 8 filming tidbits. First, John Bradley (Sam Tarly) was spotted with a fan in Belfast, the nerve center for Game of Thrones filming.
