Game of Thrones characters we’d love to see return from the dead…and some we wouldn’t

Bring him back — Daario Naharis

Last we saw poor Daario Naharis, the sellsword was sitting in Meereen with a broken heart, resigned to rule the city while the girl of his dreams sailed across the sea to claim her kingdom. That makes Daario one of the easiest character to bring back, although he’d have to sail around the world to do it.

Daario was instructed by Dany to stay and keep the hard-won peace in Meereen, but we’re not sure the sellsword who murdered his cohorts to join Daenerys on her quest is overly fond of following orders, even if they come from Dany. This is a man of action, and even if Daenerys is over him, there’s always room in the friend zone, right Jorah?

Daario no longer has the greatest hair on the show — he lost that title to Jon Snow himself, Dany’s new special friend — but we’d still love to see him charge into battle one last time before the series ends.
