We already talked about how how the?Jesuit Stairs of Dubrovnik stood in for the Great Sept of Baelor…in season 5, when Cersei took her walk. But come Margaery’s walk in season 6, HBO had moved to the Spanish city of Girona.
Basically, if you really want the full Sept of Baelor experience, you’re going to have to make a couple stops.
