Amir Wilson as…Addam of Hull

Addam of Hull is a bastard from Driftmark, although he’s rumored to be the son of Ser Laenor Velaryion (raises eyebrow), although some whisper that he’s actually the secret son of Laenor’s father Corlys. He is another of the dragonseeds. He’s loyal, noble, and could become a fan favorite.

Amir Wilson is a young British actor known for his roles in The Secret Garden and?the HBO/BBC series? His Dark Materials. His career is just getting started, but he’s already shown great range. He played the conflicted Will Parry in His Dark Materials; that’s good training for?Addam Hull, who struggles with conflicting loyalties throughout the story. Amir Wilson could bring that internal conflict to life on screen.

Archie Madekwe in “See,” now streaming on Apple TV+.

Archie Madekwe as…Alyn of Hull

Archie Madekwe is a talented British actor who has received critical acclaim for his work in films like Midsommar?and the Apple TV+ series?See. He would be a great fit for Addam’s brother Alyn of Hull, who tries to become a dragonseed but ends up remaining grounded.

Alyn of Hull is described in the books as having broad shoulders and a muscular build, and Madekwe has the right physique.?Madekwe also has charisma and charm that would make him a compelling presence on screen.

Alyn is a skilled warrior and loyal supporter of the blacks, but he also struggles with his loyalty like his brother Addam. The pair of them must negotiate conflicts between their duties to the crown and their personal relationships. These parts of gifts to any actor, and Wilson and Madekwe would make the most of them.
