If you’ve just finished watching?Loki?Episode 203, “1893,” you may have some questions about Miss Minutes. First and foremost: who plays her? Unlike her shady motives, that one we’ve got a very simple answer for.
Who does the voice for Miss Minutes in Loki?
Miss Minutes is portrayed by Tara Strong, a prolific Canadian voice actor who has lent her talents to more than 600 shows, videos games and films. In addition to Miss Minutes, Strong played Harley Quinn in the?Batman: Arkham Asylum?video game, Barbara Gordon (Batgirl) in the?Batman: The Killing Joke?animated movie, and has plenty of other credits including?Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3,?Teen Titans Go!?and?Rugrats.
What does Miss Minutes want in Loki?
“1893” gave us more information about Miss Minutes than any other episode of?Loki. As it turns out, she was created by He Who Remains (Jonathan Majors), the variant of Kang the Conqueror who founded the TVA. While she is an AI whose sole purpose is to assist him and keep his secrets, she revealed in the episode that she also has feelings for him.
That didn’t end well, with both Renslayer and Miss Minutes being booted to He Who Remains’ citadel at the end of time while the Kang variant Victor Timely went back to the TVA after spurning Miss Minutes’ psychotic advances. The episode ends with the stinger that she knows some deep, dark secrets about He Who Remains and Ravonna Renslayer, which surely won’t cause any?problems for Loki down the road.
