A new photo of the chaos in Daznak’s Pit

We seem to be inching along toward the April premiere of Game of Thrones Season 5. We won’t get to see the official Season 5 trailer until Thursday the 29th, when it airs in IMAX theaters, but luckily there is always Reddit, to which a picture was posted by user Legazpi_ which shows another angle of the chaos from the floor of Daznak’s Pit.

As you can see, something rather big and nasty has happened to the people in the stands of Daznak’s Pit. And, there’s Tyrion standing safely and wisely, behind Daario. Jorah is also there, in a protective stance beside Missandei and Daenerys.

With the other pictures of filming from Daznak’s Pit already showing Tyrion and Jorah there, instead of outside the walls of Meereen, this isn’t especially new information. But it is a different angle on a scene and events we’ve already seen portions of.

It will be highly interesting to see how Benioff and Weiss will maneuver around such large parts of Tyrion and Jorah’s journey to Meereen, and how Tyrion will actually meet Daenerys. I would assume that with only a 10 episode slate, expediting their story-arcs is absolutely necessary.  Still though, the fact that Tyrion definitely interacts with Dany has my mind working overtime. I guess even book readers like myself will be semi-unsullied, this season.
