HBO to air sneak peek of Game of Thrones premiere on April 3rd
Can’t wait to see the Game of Thrones prologue scene? Or how about the finding of the direwolf pups? Or maybe our first bit of dialogue between Daenerys and Viserys? Well your wait just got two weeks shorter as HBO has announced that they will air a sneak peek of the first episode of Game of Thrones on April 3rd at 9 PM. From what I have heard, this sneak peek will cover roughly the first 15 minutes of the premiere (a revised press release confirms this). It will be available online at HBO.com immediately after airing! Here is a snippet of the (revised) press release from HBO:
HBO will present – for the first time – a sneak peek of the first 15 minutes of the first episode of a new series when GAME OF THRONES EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW debuts SUNDAY, APRIL 3 at 9:00 p.m. (ET/PT). Following this one-time-only play, GAME OF THRONES EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW will be available immediately on hbo.com and HBO Go, and will be available on HBO On Demand beginning Monday, April 4.
The HBO presentation of GAME OF THRONES EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW will be followed by the debut of Part Three of the HBO Miniseries presentation MILDRED PIERCE at 9:15 p.m. (ET/PT).
Winter Is Coming: HBO sure is doing everything they can to get people excited for this show. Which is a good thing. They know how big this can be. Looking forward to getting our first look at all of these great moments and scenes. Although this tease is going to make the two week wait until the full premiere almost unbearable!
