Unless that old fan theory about Jaqen being Syrio Forel in disguise proves true (and it probably won’t), I don’t see any reason for him to show up again.

From his introduction, Jaqen’s purpose was to serve Arya’s storyline. He killed for her while serving the Many-Faced God, and later he trained her to do the same. Of course, that didn’t pan out as Arya had anticipated. Rather, it turned out that the Faceless Men just weren’t her cup of tea, after all.

Now, Arya doesn’t need him anymore. That’s part of the reason why she left him and the House of Black and White. She found that she didn’t believe in his methods, and she doesn’t believe in him anymore, either. Arya is a person who thrives on honesty; she deplores liars, traitors, and anyone who goes back on their word. Jaqen allowed the Waif to go after her. To her, that’s a betrayal. After all that’s happened to Arya and her family, she recognizes that she doesn’t need someone like that in her corner because she can’t trust them to actually be there.

But just because Arya’s left Jaqen doesn’t mean that Jaqen’s left her. Some fans think that he let her leave the House of Black and White a little too easily, and that he has some plan to which we’re not yet privy. Perhaps it serves the Faceless Men’s purpose to let Arya work through her list back in Westeros, or perhaps Jaqen is following her silently, waiting for an opportunity to kill the person who disrespected the organization to which he’d dedicated his life. In that case, we should be less concerned about Jaqen’s survival and more about Arya’s.

The best case scenario is that Jaqen will let the whole thing go and stay on Essos. All else being equal, we’ll just clock him at an average survival rate and leave it.
