Actor Bio: Ian Gelder is a British character actor with a littany of TV credits to his name. He has appeared in television series such as Edward the King, I Thought You’d Gone, The Bill, Casualty and Robin Hood. He also appeared in the Oscar-nominated film Little Dorrit. He is perhaps best known for his turn as Mr. Dekker in the BBC series Torchwood.
