Recent Events: Septa Mordane accompanies Arya and Sansa to King’s Landing to continue their studies. She soon loses Arya to Syrio Forel, but continues to tutor Sansa in the ways of the court and of ladyship. She is executed following the arrest of Ned Stark for proclaiming that Joffrey is not Robert Baratheon’s trueborn son; it is later revealed that Joffrey had her beheaded, placing her head on a pike next to Ned Stark’s on Traitor’s Walk.

Actor Bio: Susan Brown is a British film and theatre actress born in Bristol. Brown completed her training at Rose Bruford College of Theatre and Performance, and has since taken part in numerous theatre productions with different theatres, including Shakespeare plays. In 1987 she played in the war movie Hope and Glory. Her TV opus is likewise extensive; recently she appeared in a recurring role of Bridget in Torchwood.

She has continued to act in television post-Game of Thrones. Most notably, she portrayed the character of Liz Roper in the ITV series Broadchurch. She also appeared in the 2011 film about Margaret Thatcher, The Iron Lady, as well as providing voiceover work for video games such as The Secret WorldLittlebigplanet 3, and the upcoming Dreamfall Chapters. –IMDb
