Alfie Allen teases horrifying Season 5 scene

Game of Thrones is going to break my heart again this season, isn’t it?

We’ve already heard from Iwan Rheon that there was a scene this season that was so terrible, so much worse than anything Ramsay Snow Bolton has done in the past, that he actually didn’t want to go through with filming it. Now we’re hearing from Alfie Allen that it’s not just Ramsay who will be involved in this terrible scene, but Theon/Reek as well.

“There’s something that happens about halfway through this season that is really going to make huge waves, and people aren’t going to be happy about it. It’s hard to watch. I bear witness to this thing, and it’s crazy, sort of having to portray how messed up everyone’s situation is through my own reactions to what happens. Get ready for it.”

He also adds that this scene will probably take Ramsay from your freak psychopath everyone would conveniently like to forget to main villain, with himself as first henchman.

“I would go so far as to say maybe Ramsay Bolton is the new Joffrey in town, and then probably me followed closely after that.”

Funny that he would bring up Joffrey, because…well….

No really. Please don’t read ahead if you don’t want to know. Becuase this isn’t just a spoiler, it’s a heartbreaker.

CAUTION: VEILED SPOILER X-ING

Part of the tragedy of the first four episodes of Season 5 leaking is that storylines that the show had successfully kept everyone in the dark about–like where exactly Sansa and Littlefinger are headed–have been revealed to anyone who has watched ahead. If you have access to Google, it’s not hard to find out what’s going to happen.

So because of the leak, we know that the scene Allen is talking about is almost certainly the same one that Sophie Turner teased back in January. She tried to amend it and play it down, in case others were not as shocked, saying that it really only ranked about a 6 or so on the Game of Thrones shock scale. At the time, we speculated that this scene was related to a delayed chapter that was originally supposed to appear in A Dance with Dragons, and it may be that whatever horrifying scene is coming may be akin to it. However, the newly released Sansa chapter (or Alayne chapter, to be specific) from The Winds of Winter suggested that the books will take Sansa’s story in a very different direction than the one she’s taking on the show. At this point, TV Sansa lives in a full-on mirror universe from her literary counter, one that springs from her decision to reveal her true identity to the lords of the Vale rather than pretend to be Alayne Stone for chapters on end.

What comes next, from the sounds of it, are “Very Terrible Things.”

Also, remember how Littlefinger once told her father not to trust him? He should have told Sansa that too. Wasn’t one monster enough?
