It’s WiC Weekly time! With the season coming to a close last Sunday night with “Mother’s Mercy”, it’s time to round up our Top Ten posts of the Week! Let’s see what the biggest stories were over the past finale. (Spoiler alert, they are exactly what you think they are.)
Death! Death everywhere!
And yet somehow those who lived had it just as bad.
Except for Sam, who got the girl and the baby and got the hell out of dodge.
He’s dead, Jim. Deader than a zombie wight. Deader than a White Walker wight. Dead as a doornail.
Speaking of the dead, there’s also House Baratheon to bury.
Surprisingly, he doesn’t totally confirm the man is dead.
I’m sure at least during one point of this walk, Cersei probably wished she were dead. But she not only survived the dungeons, she survived the Walk. Cersei is, if nothing else, a survivor.
Too bad the same couldn’t be said for Myrcella. Which leaves the question: what’s next for Dorne?
Also, what’s next for the North? if these casting call rumors are true, it’s quite a bit of Northern resistance.
